Device PLUGOUTŪ and SWITCHOUT™ safety devices provide for the locking out of electrical equipment when performing maintenance and servicing activities. When installed according to installation instructions, the devices protect against the unexpected energization or startup of that equipment, which is capable of causing injury to personnel and damage to equipment. PLUGOUT and SWITCHOUT safety devices provide an approved method of complying with OSHA Lockout/Tagout regulation 29CFR 1910.147. |
